A complete interior transformation for Skandiamäklarna’s new office in Norrköping, guided by the building’s original architectural soul. The assignment centered on restoring the space’s former grandeur and refined character through a meticulous, full-scope approach. Historic wall panelling was carefully recreated, surfaces and color schemes were thoughtfully developed, and every material and proportion was deliberately chosen to honor the building’s heritage. Bespoke furniture, a custom reception desk, and fully integrated interior elements were designed and crafted specifically for the space. Lighting was precisely curated to accentuate architectural rhythm, depth, and atmosphere. The result is a timeless interior where craftsmanship, architectural integrity, and understated elegance are seamlessly reawakened.
